Didn't receive correct food twice! When challenged was ignored, then told they were too busy. Went to KFC instead

17 minute wait to be served. Then 3 items were not availavle. Cheese melts choc shake and apple pie. Burgers were luke warm fries still cold inside. Took them back. Burger was warmer but not hot by any imagination.
