  Are with my son regularly at the swimming pool and rather disappointed. 8/10 something is either broken or closed (slides). The queue over weekend is always long and staff prefers to chat away rather than focus on speedy service. Overall you feel like you are bothering them. And of course paying for hairdryer is absolutely ridiculous (shall be included in the price, one would imagine)
  Unfortunately there is no more facilities like this in Basingstoke so you just have to put up with it and try to find possitives. I'm sure whoever is running that place is aware of it but over year very little is being done.

  Never really been a huge fan of the pool, however the little one seems to like it so we occasionally make the journey from Reading but after today, never again.
  
  Asides from the usual few rides/ flukes/ lagoon being out of order, the water was dangerously murky, but after witnessing a "life guard" nearly hurtle a small child down a freshly re-started (AND STILL DANGEOUSLY DRY) master blaster slide, I have lost all confidence in this "water park" and most importantly the staff.
  
  The place is tired, fixtures are rusty and leaking. I will no longer be taking my child to this place, sad really as it has so much potential but really needs a total overhaul.

  Without doubt the dirtiest swimming pool changing rooms I have ever seen. Used nappies in some cubicles, dirty baby wipes in others, dirt and debris in pretty much EVERY one. Absolutely disgusting. It was quite busy, but I've seen it busier. Inexcusable. The slides were good fun and my three kids enjoyed it - but come on, seriously. Sort yourselves out, Basingstoke Aquadrome.
