  Have eaten in here 4 times now and has been the same story each time. The waiting staff do a good job and are attentive, but the food is really very average. Most things are over cooked and not very well presented. It does seem like the the kitchen staff are not that experienced/well paid and/or dont have a good attitude towards poviding a good standard of service. The salad bar doesn't get topped up that regularly either.
  Unfortunately I will not be eating here again as it has been consistently average and not good value for money.

  On being seated and asked for our order we were told there was no eggs. Got asked if we wanted to have part of our order come out then wait for eggs. Which we said no we would wait for orders to be complete when we wanted them. We then went to get Cereals and fruit only to find that there was no fruit only cereal and yoghurt NO spoons which we had to ask for. Then to top that there was no bread, crumpets, pancakes butter or honey. We had to ask for bread or crumpets things like that and they bought out a dozen slices of bread. This visit was not good at all a big let let down. This was not as far as we could see very busy just after 10.00. So plenty of time to refill items. We had family on a visit to us and hey were very disappointed indeed.

  Food was excellent and the service. Only problem the door aren't wheel chair friendly not a smooth run over. Had to bang my Gran about a bit to get in both door. Door to toilet very strong to push and open for an oap
