  Tried for 5 minutes but no answer when ordering a takeaway. Finally ordered and told it would take 30 minutes. I arrived early for collection but in total it took 45 minutes. I had to go up to the counter to chase up my order and was told "here it is, it's just arrived". When I got home (just over 10 minutes later) the food didn't taste good and was cold. I tried to call for over 30 minutes to complain but there was no answer. Not a great experience. Really don't recommend this place unless their service improves dramatically.

  My most recent trip there was to celebrate a milestone birthday for my wife. We were well taken care of by the hosts making sure we all got our food in a nice time and taking care of the cake we'd brought. Good food, good service, and a good time, overall.
