  Basic accommodation. Convenient for the railway station. Building looks tired, Bath room walls had signs of damp. No breakfast offered.

  This pub should at all cost be avoided. It really is that tragic. The people who run it have such an ideal location which they could capitalise on - Instead, they cater for local chavs who stop by to play pool, stand outside and smoke and let's face it, take drugs.
  
  It's a sad shame and I just pity the place as once, this surely would have been a good place - Maybe decades ago.
  
  I've never walked in to such an unfriendly, rough, non accommodating staff - greeted with looks from people who seem to be sniffing and snivelling a lot. People behind the bar seem to entertain and allow this custom - They are very much part of it.
  
  Sad shame. Don't go there. Don't waste your time. Don't waste your money. Don't make yourself sad.
